Just started out..........2nd time!

    Hi everyone,
    Just introducing myself. I did Cambridge last year for a couple of months and lost over 2 stone but then had to have an operation and had to come off. Then I ate like a pig and put all the weight back on!
    So........here I am again on day 5 (started Monday) and hoping I'm more successful this time. I'm aiming to come into this forum A LOT as your posts are very inspiring. I have to say it's very hard as my other half eats constantly and I have a daughter who I have to cook for.
    I've had a headache the last few days and hope that goes away!
    Anyway - glad I found you guys. Pleased to meet you.

    Hi everyone - thanks so much for the encouragement and replies.
    I had my weigh in (yes, I know I'm only on day 5) and I've lost SIX POUNDS!!!!!
    I know you lose most in the first week but I'm well chuffed and hopefully it will spur me on to continue!
