Just started today

Just started and had my first shake and it was great to taste real food or as real as it gets considering I was on lipotrim. Started my morn off with a Rice Krispie one, it was lush. Hope the rest tastes as good as this and I start to lose some pounds!

They do taste amazing! i used to do exante and thought they were nice but now I've tried S&S i would never go back! the crispy shake is my least fave, so just shows you how yummy all the others are
