Hello all,

Nearing the end of the second day into the diet and was wondering whether i'm the only one who hasn't felt hungry at this point?
 
It differs for different people, some people get the hunger pangs big time, others don't!
Stick with it though, the diet really does work.

welcome, day 2 was awful for me and nearly gave up!!
 
hi im just at the end of day 1 but been there before lol i felt hungry all day and all the adverts and programmes were food related not good,i gave up half way through day 3 and was gutted for weeks just thinking how crap id done so this time im determined keep it up what days your weigh in mines wednesday but that will be 6 days for 1st weight in xx good luck and keep at it
goals:
make it past day 3
complete 1st week and weight in
lose my 1st stone
get bk into my size 20s
lose 2nd stone
lose 2 1/2 stone
lose 3 stone
lose 3 1/2 stone
lose 4 stone
get to overweight and out of obese
more to follow lol


 
Thank you for the encourging words guys. Scarymovie i've been substituting still water with sparkling which I reckon has helped in getting over short term hunger pangs and gives a more fuller feeling for a few days before entering into ketosis.

My soda stream never had so much work to do over this diet....
Still drinking it plain, I love it...

thanx matt will try the fizzy stuff im a major diet coke freak and its probably that im missing that the most so that might help :)
