Hi everybody, ive switched from sw to ww last thursday, ive done sw for a few years but before did ww for many many years so now im trying to get my head round the change.Ive roughly got about a stone to lose, well ive roughly had a stone to lose for the last 10yrs but it doesnt seem to want to lose me!! Any way just thought i would say hi and look forward to sharing hits and recipes from you, well actually im looking forward to gettting hits and recipes from you as i know nothing yet! xxx

Hi, I joined WW on line last week, used to do SW lost 3 stone stopped going and put 2 back on! Thought I would try WW am enjoying it. Like the way everything has to be weighed as I am sure portion control is one of my big problems! Good luck with your journey.

Where would we all be without square wrap pizzas? And butternut squash chips! (Definitely do a search for those 2!)
