well i just finished the first level of
this dvd. wasnt as bad as i thought.
i was sweating after it, :( considering
it wasnt that long... :(
didnt like the jumping jacks or skipping
because my belly and boobs bounce and its uncomfortable... i suppose a bra with more support will work but the belly will have to go.!!!!:rolleyes:
i think i can fit this into my daily exercise routine... might do it before i hit the treadmil for my walk cos it will get me all fired up.

i don't like the jumping jacks either. i'm sure one day i'll get a black eye from it all ;)

you'll end up swearing at jillian, i know i did.
