I'm doing a 13 mile midnight walk on the 19th June so decided it was about time I got started on some training.

Only problem is I've come back starving! I saved my lunch time shake until I got back but really fancy a packet of baked cheese and onion walkers that I know are in the kitchen!
 
Ahh temptation! Well the baked are only, what.. 100 cals? Thats your snack allowance for after lunch, so you could always have that?

I like to fill up on diet pepsi if I'm ever feeling hungry and want to delay my snacks till later :)

Good for you - I did the race for life today which is 5km, I walked a bit, jogged a bit, walked a bit, jogged a bit. I too feel hungrier this evening so have just allowed myself an extra snack.
