Well done to everyone that started in January and is still here. So many people start a new diet after New Year with a world of good intentions to lose weight 'this time' but unfortunately, most give up by the end of the month and try again next New Year! It's not meant in a bad way, it's been me many a time! But it's so good to see so many people who have managed to stick with it throughout January and now into February. That's why we lost a massive 385lb in our January challenge!! So well done to all of you for sticking with it, even though it's bloody hard at times and even after slip ups. Hope you're all proud of yourselves!
