ProPoints Just wondering, not seen a topic on this...

    Haven't properly looked through the threads but just have a quick question:
    I weigh in on Wednesday evenings so at work, I usually have soup, fruit and sometimes a diet drink. Just wondering if this makes a difference at all to weigh in, or do people eat normally?
    Also I drink round about half a litre, maybe more of water each day and worried about fluid retention. Does anyone have any tips and tricks for the day before/day of weigh in??

    You should just do what you normally do and eat how you normally eat. Its a life style change and not a quick fix. I know I have a long way to go to get to goal. Remember that sometimes you lose inches and it doesnt show on the scales but it does catch up eventually.
