kale chips?

Reading a thread online today about ideas on how to cook kale as its amazingly good 4 u!
It said to cover the leaves in salt olive oil and bake in the oven to make crunchy salty potatoe style chips!!!! not sure i believe it!!!!
may try it tomorrow

I read a good few vegan blogs and I keep seeing how amazing Kale chips are, though I have not managed to try them yet. If you google, you will find literally hundreds of recipes and variations. I have a feeling they work without oil too so coudl easily be made in to a superfree snack.

The Chinese Seaweed is gorgeous...I sprinkle some sweetener and salt on it mmmm
