Right I think I started one of these a few months back but I've had a bit of a rocky road since then a few chopping and changes of diet plans and here I am 11lbs heavier but absolutely determined that this time I'm going to keep on SW
I'm also using Paul McKenna ( I can make you thin ) for the meditation trance bit as an extra help for moments of the ( No you flipping can't )
I really look forward to you having a proper sw diary, as i said last time! Hopefully you will get into it and get those pecky 11 back off. SW really suits you so i dont see why not! Also nice to have a friend over here =]
Today has gone really well food wise for me but still settling in so here was todays food Didn't get time for Breakfast not a big breakfast fan. So lunch was half a wholemeal roll (0.5 x Heb) Turkey burger with a babybell light in middle ( part of a hea) Sw wedges with Salsa
Morning another day full pelt from me I'm doing this from home using the Body Optimise site and my own set of scales. coming off of Ww due to feeling like I was allowing myself to eat to much junk which isn't good and gives me terrible stomach and heartburn problems Stepped on the scales today and have already shifted 4 of the 11lbs I gained due to having a big blow out for the best part of two weeks I'm really happy with this anyway please feel free to jump in say hello or give any advice menu wise
