karens start again food diary


is getting better at it
23rd april

Breakfast = large mushroom filled with an egg cooked in the oven with 2 slices of little toast, grapes

Lunch = left over meatballs and mash with gravy 2.5 syns, pineapple

Dinner = 3 spoonfuls of pasta and sauce with chicken, onions, mushrooms, peas and sweetcorn :sign0137: it was horrible so had bacon and egg, with 2 pork sausages instead ( will find the syns for them)

Snack = phili cheese sarni H E a&b

no matter what i have eaten i have felt hungry all day but am trying not to scoff

sunday 29th april

Breakfast = 2 large mushrooms filled with egg, 2 slices wholemeal toast (4 syns)

Lunch = homemade kebab meat with wholemeal pitta bread and salad light mayo ( 4 syns)

Dinner = roast pork with dry roasted spuds, carrots, cabbage, cauliflower, peas and oxo gravy

Snacks = pineapple and grapes

Exercise = 15mins my fitness coach and 35 mins rosemary conley ultimate work out

a good day me thinks and still have syns left
