Well decided to do my diary this week as last week went completely wrong and I ended up putting 2lb on!
Monday
Breakfast - Muller, Banana
Snacks - Grapes, Apple x 2
Lunch - Salad with seafood sticks + Mayo (2 syns)
Dinner - Roast beef salad with pasta & salad cream (5 syns)
1 x drumstick lolly (2.5 syns)
Drinks - Coffee + water
Total syns - 9.5
