feels a bit strange thid. but. here goes:) starting off on ee as i think this will be best to begin with.
breakfast lean bacon. egg fried in fry light. tomatoe and mushrooms.

lunch made a soup with carrot swede leeks onion an potatoe.
half a muller yoghurt.

dinner homemade hot pot. plenty of veg in it and extra lean beef.

healthy extras a skimmed milk
b will be wholemeal bread 57g.

syns 2 finger kitkat 5 syns
