NO MESSIN ABOUT THIS TIME
Hum.never done anything like this before. Think i will start with a couple of reminders for me
1 Cut out the alcohol. This will automatically stop the crisp addiction i have developed.
2 Try to eat mainly CLEAN foods...so...mainly unprocessed.
3 Come to this diary every day to jot down my food even though i am not counting points/syns etc. And generally how i am doing (good or bad)..
Right here goes
DAY 1----
Breakfast...porridge and chopped banana
Lunch....poached eggs and ~ slice wholegrain bread.
Dinner....stuffed peppers sweet potatoe wedges and mixed veg
Snacks (anytime) melon.satsumas. Grapes
Drinks.... Tea and water
Exeecise 30mins walking
 
Welcome to your diary, Katie. Are you veggie, or is it a coincidence that you didn't eat any meat today? Reason I ask is that many of the protein sources that veggies often turn too are also high in fat (nuts, cheese), so veggie dieters may be tempted to cut them out, and end up eating a diet of carbs, vitamins, and be a bit low on protein. Just something to be aware of.
