You may have seen in the press katie Hopkins is currently eating 4000 calories a day and has gone from 8.5 stone to 12 stone in 3 months! She's going to stop on 8th September and then lose all the weight by Xmas! (I may have the exact figures wrong but you get the idea). This "experiment" is to show there's no excuses for being overweight. Im already getting annoyed that she is harping on about how disgusted she is to be 12 stone, when I'm gonna be over the moon when I get there! Also, she clearly doesn't have the same attitude to food as someone that is overweight therefore she won't struggle when trying to shift it! I think (besides the self publicity) she is doing it to try and inspire others!! Has anyone seen this and feel its helpful??
