All Is well thanks... I am sweating Buckets :)) I have just done 48mins of Zumba Cardio Party from a Video I saw online.. I thought I can alternate days between this and the workout ball pilates :D X So proud of myself

Hi Katie, I've just read your previous posts and can relate to a lot of what you've said. I too have PCOS and am trying to start a family, I have low confidence and don't socialise a lot. I always think people are looking at me and it makes me feel self-concious. I am at my heaviest now and feel really unhealthy, I also know that if I don't lose weight the PCOS will win and I won't have children. I am joining a WW group on Tuesday and hope to lose the weight slowly but steadily so that it will stay off this time.

You've done brilliantly so far, concentrate on the total you've lost not the bit you gained because we all have blips now and then. Good luck for the rest of your journey can't wait to see how you get on :)
 
Thanks for your kind words :) I keep thinking I need to work on my thinking now and not wait for target assuming it will automatically change because I'm halfway and it hasn't changed.

I am trying do hard now and plan to continue what's great about Ww is that I don't feel deprived which is very important for me.

Good luck joining the class let me know if you have a diary. I will follow.

I'm sure I'll keep I diary when I start, I find I lose more when I write down everything I eat.

I know it's difficult to get in a positive frame of mind sometimes, I'll quite often have a bad day and then try to make myself feel better by eating chocolate then feel bad about that!:(

Let me know if you'd like to be weight loss buddies and we'll try and keep each other positive:)

We have a kebab and pizza takeaway, this new one is a coffee shop in the day and an Italian restaurant and pizza and kebab take away in the evening
