Well I defected and have a 10 pound gain to deal with seriously considered trying shakes again but can not control my allergies!! So I am planning on doing low carb as a way of life as I feel best when on it and so in control of my body but if i have a blip I seem to go mad so going to work on the heaad stuff too and thinking hypnosis may be worth a try??
Anyway my plan for tomorrow is:
B-Sero bar
coffee
L- egg mayonaisse in lettuce wraps
D- Steak and rocket salad
S- few brazil nuts and almonds
