Hi guys!! Here's my food diary as promises, I hope it's ok :-/ !!

2 cadburys roses (5 syns)
Baked potato with cheddar cheese (healthy extras) and fat free cottage cheese (0 syns)
Half a galia melon (0 syns)
Quorn mince with baked beans, peppers, mushrooms, onion, light soy sauce (0 syns)

Please feel free to criticise-I need it!!

Quorn mince is free though. Which plan are you doing - it's hard to comment without knowing?!
 
hi hun would just say if i have a jacket potato i add a load of salad to it,try and have loads of superfree fruit and veg it really makes a difference and where were ur h/e b's? did you have breakfast? and don't be frightened to use more syns i nearly always have 15 a day i seem to get better loses than when i cut down on them.
have a read of other members diaries it will give you some ideas of what to eat. good luck x
