Ok,
Today I be mostly eating RED.
Bkft:
28g Porridge Oats made with water - HEB
With One Nectarine and One Banana - FREE
Mid Morn: French Fries Syns 3.5 - I think but need to check
Lunch:
Salad and Ready Cooked Chicken - free
Mid After: Melon / grapes - Free
Dinner:
Chilli with Rice - HEB
Used small tin of Kidney Beans with Chilli sauce (not sure of syns will need to look this up unless anyone knows for quickness)
Rest on ingredients free.
HOT Drink made with Milk HEA- Poss Ovaltine choc one (Can't find this - Does anyone know the syns)
If anyone looks at this as sees I havent used enough A or B or knows the syns can they tell me - still finding my way round..
