Kayte's Weight Loss Diary - Start Date 21.1.13

Doing well this week, hoping I get a 2lb loss on Friday, I've been 100% for 6 whole days in a row which is almost unheard of for me. Lol

i seem to have my head in the right place at the moment. Really want my half stone by the end of the month and to be down in the 12s for the first time in 3 years!

i love the speed soup too, I sometime sprinkle 30g of cheese for a HE a over too!

Baked pot/beans/side salad - I actually enjoyed the salad, trying to get more sf in

Feeling picky and peckish this evening - so had some ss tom soup - lovely.

Week 7 - Sat 9th March

Well, last nights curry was not a big hit for me - It smelt cauliflowerish!! and tasted not quite right :eek: - texture was good, but think it needed something else, not sure what! Will I make it again, probably not - but have 2 portions in freezer to eat :p

Oh i love cakes!! made the half syn roulade with vanilla lemon and raspberrries, just delicious!! Just gotta be quick coz every other person in our house likes it too!! lol
