Hi guys hoping this helps me to stop eating junk and makes me thing twice about what im eating in future feel free to comment as im totally new to this :)

Wed 21 october : Green Day

Breakfast: 2 Weetabix HEB 225ml milk HEA
Lunch : Pasta n sauce 125ml milk HEA
Snack : Mullerlight apple
Dinner: 2 quorn burgers beans
Water : 2 litres 3 green tea

Exercise 5 mile run morning
3mile @ running club tonight

Will use some sinns tonight and post later x
