Kdma's Diary...Restarting today 21st April

Hubby said he would cook, so I said make something light (I was at school). Anyway he made jackets with loads of goats cheese and bacon. Lovely, but so many points and I couldn't resist. I then sorta ate some crips and snacks in the evening Oh dear.

Been really good today. Have really bad back ache though. I had a slipped disc earlier in the year, so hope it isn't that again.

aww bless him - sounds like he put a lot of effort in.. maybe its a man thing - Matty has made me goats cheese before when I have been on WW..

as for your backache.. are you wrapped up warm? I get quite a few bad backaches as i work in the cold and doc said i should make an effort to put an extra layer on - apparently if you have had it before or a back injury you are more susceptible to get it again x
 
Well on top of the back ache TOTM arrived this morning. I think there may be a connection between the 2. All the fun eh!.

Anyway was very good yesterday and plan the same today. Have yummy roast for dinner. It will be a late dinner as husband is working, so should hlp cut down on any snacking.
 
thats a good plan :D i tend to do the same with my tea as helps me not snack too much at night :). Sorry to hear about your TOTM though, although good that your backache is probs with that than anything more serious xx
 
Struggled to keep motivated yesterday.

Have a school meeting today, which not looking forward to bout my son's special needs statement. New teacher this time, so not sure how it will go.

wi tomorrow. Not expecting any weightloss, but will see.

Hi,

Wi was not good. Put on 1.5 pounds, so guessing last week was nothing to worry about. After feeling sorry for myself yesterday and today and not being good food wise I am now pulling myself together and getting on with it. Need to lose 2 pounds to get to 10% loss now. So want that.

School meeting went great. My so has a new caseworker who seems lovely. My son is in year 5, but she thinks we need to start looking at secondary schools now, so am going to look around them in a couple of weeks. And then will take my son to look round. All very scary.
 
sorry you had a small gain but good for you in focusing on losing that 2lbs to get to your 10% - stay positive, stick to your points and you'll be there in no time!

Glad meeting at school went well - choosing a secondary school early sounds very good advice xxx
 
Been really good today. even with adding the points of my tea tonight which I haven't had yet I have 5 points left. I think I am going to save them as it is my Mum's 60th tomorrow and my dad has planned a surprise meal out for her at Frankies and Bennys.

Feeling good today. Hope it continues and I mange to choose wisely at weekend.

I have had a great weeknd with my Mum. Did go over points yesterday despite resisting pudding. But with 5 points saved on Friday (I know you are only supposed to save 4, but there was nothing else I wanted to eat) and some saved points today I have made them up easy which I am really pleased about.

Need two good days now until wi. Hoping for at least STS, but a loss would be fab.
 
Glad you enjoyed yourself with your mum! Am sure if you've saved/clawed back your points you'll be fine for your WI on Wednesday :) xxx
 
Was good yesterday and have made up all my points as was so tired and un hungry, so had an early night.

Had breakfast and a divali chocolate at school (have no idea how to point that, but wanted to see what it tasted like it is probaly quite high as has chocolate powder, coconut and condensed milk in, ut it was quite small)

Having pork tikka tonight. Have brought a ww cook-in sauce. Not sure what for lunch yet.

Feel really good today so far.
 
mmmm pork tikka - sounds yum! Let us know what it's like - might be tempted to try that xxx
