It has been ages since I have been on here. It has not been a good year since February, but things are looking more hopeful now.
Mt weigh problem has increased, but am not back to square 1, so not all bad, but I really need to do something positive about my weight today. So, today is day 1 of my new weightloss program. I am doing it alone, but following ww and am going to take a day at a time and hope this time time I can, in time, get where I want to be weightwise.
Have planned my weeks food today and have the food in up to Wednesday and am going shopping tomorrow for the remaining days ingredients.
So here's goes.
