10th July - EE day

Bag of Galaxy bites (10 syns... gosh was shocked by that!)
Fibre Plus Bar (HEB)

Lunch
Chicken noodle mug shot and chocolate doughnut (11 syns)

Dinner
Baked potato with tuna, sweetcorn and 1tbs lighter than light mayo (1 syn) served with 28g cheese (HEA) and a big salad

Only 1 glass of water which, is poor and I really need to drink more of it. Also cheated slightly by having tomorrow's syns today but the doughnut was too much of a temptation after a small lunch. Better planned for tomorrow.

No breakfast as I got up late and was off to Zumba

Exercise - 1 hour Zumba class and 90 sit ups

2 off at weigh in which I think was good considering the alcohol I drank on Sunday night but I did want more.

19th July

2 ryvita (heb) and Philadelphia light (1/2 hea)

Chicken stuffed with dairylea (1/2 hea) wrapped in bacon topped with passata with sw chips and veg
 
20th July

Hopefully worked off the extra syns with body combat class!
 
21st July

Magic porridge with toffee muller light

Jacket spud with plain tuna, cheese and side salad. Before I had chance to say no she slapped a load of butter in it :/( tried to get it out but 5.5 syns

Oh dear... 100% for the rest of the week. Really need to stop with the sweets and chocolate.
 
22nd July

23rd July

Been at the airport all day doing a charity collection so struggled at lunch time but think I chose wisely...

Breakfast

2 slices wholemeal bread (HEB)
1 tsp lurpak lighter (2.5)

Lunch

Had a stir fry chicken wrap from Wrapid... counting 8.5 for the actual wrap but it had lots of veg, noodles and grilled chicken in so counting the rest as free. Having no more syns today anyway

Dinner

Pork steaks
Huge salad of lettuce, carrot, cucumber, spring onions, yellow pepper, beetroot
28g cheese (HEA)

24th July

Strawberries, blueberries, grapes and raspberries at approx 3 am (on night shift)

2 slices ww wholemeal (HEB) with philadelphia light (HEA) and ham

3 rich tea (6)
4 ferrero rocher (scan bran ones) (4) I wet the mixture too much so they are really mushy but still taste ok and think I could do with the usual side effects boost!

Jacket potato with tuna, VLF cottage cheese and big salad

45 mins Wii Zumba and back on nights tonight
 
25th July

On night shifts and someone had brought doughnuts in.... custard doughnut 10 syns

strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and grapes

4 scan bran (HEB) with philadelphia light (HEA) and ham
3 scan bran ferrero rocher (3 syns)

Tuna salad (lettuce, carrot, peppers, beetroot)
 
Had crabsticks and egg with salad as I forgot it so had to go to the salad bar at morrisons. I was very good though and ignored all the creamy pasta salads :)
 
26th July - Following eaten before WI

drumstick lolly (2.5syns)
2 choc eclair sweets (2syns)

2 slices WW wholemeal bread (HEB) with philadelphia light (HEA)

And I lost 3lbs at weigh in! So proud of myself :) Also got slimmer of the week so I have a huge bag full of goodies for this week.

After weigh in...

Quorn stir fry with straight to wok noodles (1syn)
500ml Jacques cider (14syns) ouch!!
HiFi bar (HEB)

Slightly over at 19.5 syns but it is weigh in day so I'm giving myself that one.

1 hour walk with the dog

27th July

Nectarine, peach and banana with muller light

Had a charity lunch at an indian restaurant :break_diet: not sure how many syns in what I ate but I had 1 fried type thing a bit like onoin bhaji so 8.5syns and I had 4 chunks of lamb in a bhuna type curry. I scraped off as much sauce as possible but will count half a portion at 6 syns. All with boiled rice and salad.
