Keeping it off

thanks for all the ideas, I think i'll do a low carb version of SW. I still go to SW, and I told my consultant that I was doing LT for my back (back pain) and she was fine with it, she just doesn't ask me 'what have you eaten this week' anymore in image therapy, she just talks about my wedding coming up.

I like to go for the support and friendly group, as I only moved to this area 7 months ago. the weird thing is, as I lose weight quite slowly anyway, I am only losing about 2lbs a week on LT now, so no one notices! I have;nt even got slimmer of the week since doing LT!!!

not eating anything, and people are still losing more, I hate my metabolism some times! lol
