Well, had a break for my hol that has now lasted 3 weeks! oopsie! Has been so tricky trying to get back on it, but have shut myself in the house with my shakes and water and am going to get through this.

my 9 days off has now become 12 days, and looks to add another 3 to add, making it 15 days.

i plan to start a fresh on monday
