Tuesday

Back at work but have new working hours so not 100% sure how its going to work, but this wind n rain is terrible :(

Breakfast - coffee, banana
Lunch - salad, lettuce, cucumber, spring onion, ham and cheese. Plus fat free vinigerette dressing.
Dinner - pasta, philly (hex) chicken, peas, sweetcorn, brocoli, and cheese. (Hexb )

Syns - ermmmm 0!!! Hmmm that prob not good :/ lol

Thursday

Day off work but lots of housework to do :/ and a workout and go vote and of course have fun with my little boy :)

Breakfast - coffee, banana, 2alpen light bars (hexB1)
Lunch - jacket potato with tuna mayo, salad of lettuce, red pepper, spring onion and cucumber with sweet chili sauce, cheese (hexb2). (4syns)
Dinner - jacket potato, cheese (hexa) beans, garlic n herb chicken, lettuce (2syns) most likely have some yogurt after.

Friday

Dinner - 3 apple n pork sausages (6syns) chips, beans and 2fried eggs (no fat)

Still fancy something else :/ most likely have rest of my blueberry yogurt once little one is in bed.
My hubby is on call this weekend. Hes already been called out so going to be mostly my boy n me this weekend I think :(

Wooooo

So I did end up with a yogurt for pud ;) but thats not what I'm on here writting for at 11.30pm :/ its because two days in a row I have done a 5min warm up followed by a 25min.... Yes 25!!! Run!!! I been busy tonight with my hobby/business and didn't even get on the crosstrainer till 10.30pm but I feel it was really worth it!!! I am so determined to get this weight down, get a nice toned body and have really healthy chances of falling preg with no.2!!! Whoop whoop
 
Saturday

My hubby ended up working for 24hours with a 1hour gap then a 6hour gap n now back at work :( being on call SUCKS!!!

However I am catching up with the housework ;)

Breakfast - coffee, banana, orange
Lunch - trying the slimming world special Singapore noodles meal. Then followed by a cheeky packet of oddities (5.5syns)

Sat night, home, me and my little boy. Hubby is out working till late tonight. And boy do I feel like stuffing my face. I forgot how lonely the evenings are when hes at work :(

So once little one is in bed I will be stuffing my face, but with the right foods ;) jacket potatoes, chicken in light mayo, salad, lots of salad and I still have all three hex. So will have lots of cheese ;) also got my pud already sorted. Merigune nest with mixed berrys n fat free fromage frais. Only 2.5syns ;)

Ok so its not the same as getting a nice greasy yummy kebab n spicy mushrooms but i will appreiate it come weigh in monday ;)

Woken up feeling very very poorly, bad throat and ears :'(

Breakfast - coffee, 2slices toast (hexB marg (1syn) honey n lemon drink. (0.5syns)
Snack - honey n lemon drink (0.5syns)
Lunch - small jacket potato, marg (0.5syns) lettuce, cucumber and ham.
Snack - chocolate :/ (6syns)
Dinner - pork loin chops (fat removed) boiled potatoes, brocoli, sweetcorn and green beans with gravy (2.5syns)
Snack - lemon n honey drink (1syn)

Syns - 12

Now, still feeling absolutely awful I'm going to try and get some sleep.
Fingers crossed for a better morning as another busy day to come *sigh*

Monday

Had a temp between 37.6-38 all day so feeling pretty rough. Eaten bits n bobs.

Lunch - ham n cheese sandwich with mayo (3syns)
Dinner - half bag of chips from chinese n really spicy curry sauce (spicy food always gets me over a cold had hoped for same but no luck) I told hubby to sort his own dinner, so he got chinese n got me chips n sauce to make sure i ate something.

Tomorrow will be fun, work with flu!!! I dont think i have ever gone to work when having the flu but cant afford to be off this month. Soooo frustrating. (Well if i am that bad at work its better they send me home thqn me not go in, i have to pay for my sons childcare regardless!!)
 
Wednesday.

First off still feel **** but so much better than before. Worst thing I have no voice :'(

Breakfast - coffee, lemsip
Lunch - bacon (fat removed) and egg sandwich (hexb1&2) (1syn marg 1syn tomato sauce) walkers french fries (4syns)

Think might take couple days to get back into swing of it as I havent eaten properly for two days my body is very hungry today :/

Dinner - jacket potato, prawn with fat free fromais frais. Lettuce, cucumber

Thank you hun, ontop of everything else my son has come up with a rash everywhere ontop of tonsillitis and two ear infections. Poor boy. He seems to be coping better today with less outbursts :)

Dinner - asda reduced fat cumberland sausages (4syns) mash with (hexA philly) and beans :) went down really well ;)

Dinner - my lovely sticky rice :) brown rice, chicken, prawns, sweetcorn, peas, broccoli, cheese hexB. And sweet chilli sauce (1.5syns)

Hmmm looks like i will need a pud today as had barley any syns ;)

Snack - Curly Wurly (6syns)
