    Todays my first day, been to my first meeting and just checked online and it says i have 22pts per day...

    naughty me didnt have breakfast today

    Lunch
    Ham sandwich
    Premium ham (1slice) 1point
    2 slices bread 2 point
    butter 2point
    small bunch grapes 1 point

    Dinner
    medium jacket potatoe 2.5points
    cheese half fat 10g 0.5points
    small tin baked beans 2points
    salad tomatoe, cucumber, lettuce 0points

    Snacks
    Walkers crisps 2.5points
    Mullerlight yogurt 1.5 points
    1 packet strawberry go ahead yogurt break 2.5points

    So far i make that 17.5points....

    Belated congrats on ur 3.5lbs loss this week. This is my second week too and also managed to lose 3.5 last week. WW really is brill isn't it, never feel like im missing out on anything!!

    Think its because i got myself one of those calculators.. its been a godsend!!
    New week today so will start again.... and keepi it up to date....i promise!! ;)

    Got weigh in this morning, hopeing i've done well been at classes all week x x
