Fort id put these pics up of me first ones are me at 14 stone 8lbs and others were me at 12 stone 4lbs ...............

I had some velvet crunch today :) They are crisps Jemma really yum, kinda like same texture as snack a jacks, come in cheese and onion, sweet thai chilli and salt and vinegar! 2PP a bag
 
Yes i LOVE the sweet chilli ones and they do them in the pound shop which is even better 6pks for a quid!! :)

Just short of 4 stone (1 stone 3lbs to go :D ) untill i get a healthy BMI then im gonna see how i feel as my body isnt in proportion (large legs!) but i hope to be happy as a 10 on top and a 12 on bottom. How about you? xx
 
Iv not realy set myself a goal weight I defo wanna loose a few stone n then just see how I feel n what weight I feel comfortable at xx
 
Yes i agree, im not really too fussed about the actual weight more about how i feel ect.

All going quite well thanks :) although i have vowed not to buy too many cakey bits ect any more as i really cant have just 1! im a piggy no surprise how i got fat lol!!

I also had a jaffa cake and a pink and white 2pp

The cottage pie was lovely i have been plesantly surprised about how nice the fresh ww meals have been so far tried the cottage pie, spag bol bake and lesagne. got the tuna pasta bake and sausage and mash in the fridge.

Really hope ive lost this week as i have had a few mini binges, stayed within the daily and weekly points but just feel like i have eaten soooo much :(

Aiming for 1lb a week loss untill ive done my 17lbs but obviously any more would be great :D
 
Oooooooh i cant wait to see your WI, im curious as a current TFR-er what your results will be after 2 weeks of 'real' food!!!!

yes me too! i would be thrilled with a 1lb loss or even a sts but please not a gain! i will post as soon as im back from my aqua class :)

As tomorrow is the start of my week 3 im gonna try my very hardest not to eat my weeky points see how it affects my loss coz if i lose the same i may as well eat them guilt free :D x
 
Right so im gonna have the ww tuna bake 8pp for dinner so im gonna have an extra egg 2pp and another dollop of extra light mayo 1pp so ive got 2pp left over....as long as im not naught lol!!
