I got the slimmer of the week 'fruit basket' this week and there is a tub of this in there - can it be used as a healthy extra and if so how much please??
- On top of Finn Crisp / Ryvita with ham & halved cherry tomatoes
- As a "white sauce" on top of lasagne
- Stirred through pasta
- Melted and poured over a steak (particulary the cracked black pepper variety)
- Stuffed inside a chicken breast, which I then wrap in bacon
...there are loads of things you can do with it! Half a tub is such a lot too
