Kerry's 3 stone will go food diary

Ok so I have decided to write what I eat on here 1 because I lose the pieces of paper lol and 2 you can all possibly help me if I go wrong at some point.

so today 02/01/2013

Breakfast: 2 weetabix (HEB) and milk from my 250ml allowance for today 1 Banana.

Snack: 1/2 Clementine.

Lunch: can of spaghetti hoops 1 wholemeal piece of toast (4 syns) and 1 boiled egg. WW lemon yoghurt.

snack: pink n white (2.5syns)

Dinner Tuna salad with spring onion, egg, sweetcorn.

i am writing in advance so i stick to meal plan.
