Kerry's final weight watchers diary!!!

I was like that last week I managed to stick to 26 a day and I just ate tons of fruit and drank water and I still lost 1lb x
 
haven't got loads of fruit in, need to stick up. Just had a alpen bar n that's took me to 28! That's it for me today. Oh is getting a Chinese later, that will be torture :-( xx
 
oh my oh eats like a horse. Its hard....very hard but I have strong will power whrn I put my mind to something. or I go and cry in the bath hahaha x

Tell me about it, drives me up the wall! He constantly wants to eat out at tgi's too! Most calorific restaurant there is!! he very rarely eats what I eat, he pulls a right face if I mention salad! X
 
First day back at work today after a wk off. Always find it hard being at work ..

Milk in teas - 3pp

Ham on wholemeal with light mayo n cuc - 7pp
Quavers - 2pp

Dinner will be chilli n rice - 11pp

Nothing exciting, I work as a supervisor at a amusements in Sheffield. There is just a lot of goodies everywhere, sweets, biscuits, crisp! X x
 
Morning ladies, .. Well it's weigh day tomorrow. Really hope I have a decent loss. Last wk I weighed in the morning ( with no food) this wk I'll be back to the 4.30 weigh in as I'm back at work n I'll have had my breakie n lunch !! I'm going to try n eat light n have my lunch quite early!
Had a alpen bar last night so that took me up to 31 pp for the day, I know I should only be having 26 as I've had my weeklies but I'd rather have a little more n kind of stay on track. I've planned my meals for today so I'm aiming at a 28pp day! Xx
 
I think you will be fine hun ss long as your eating the right stuff. Our body works in strange ways xx

Today's food

Breakfast - weetabix n skimmed milk - 7pp

Lunch - 3 sesame riveta's with light butter and 2 boiled eggs - 8pp

Dinner - jacket potatoe, Tuna mayo n salad- 11pp

Will have a ww choc desert or alpen bar after dinner so 28/29 pp xx
 
So I'm doing the 30 day squat challenge with baby bell! Need to tone this ass for my holiday ( in 30 days!
