Hello everyone i'm attending my first SS meeting 2morrow and I am so anxious to get started, I thought i'd start my countdown now lol. I am now 13st 7lbs and my target is 10st 7 or 11st I dont mind the more the better I will be on here everyday without fail and I cant wait to read everyones challenges.. Let the fun begin

hi kerry:welcome: goodluck with your first class tonight, i started last week but was planning on doing it myself but only lost 1lb so im looking to see what classes i could get to.

weve both got smilar starting weights and goal weights so ill be sticking close to you for motivation lol

hiya Jane i'm looking into the extra easy choice for my first week I was told at my class that u can mix and match but ill see how I get on with it if I dont get on with it the original choice is the next option lol You can join me for the weight loss journey and hopefully we can battle this as we go along let the challenge begin lol
