What is the best reading to have on a ketone stick is it the darkest one or does that mean your dehydrated?
    Just wondering if anyone knew.

From what I can remember from an old post, as long as the stick is showing some change in colour, that means you're in ketosis. I also remember someone saying that if it's on the darkest you are dehydrated. Check with your pharmacist if you're not sure though.

I had heard that the darker colours meant that you were dehydrated.....but I only know that from what others have said on here.....
