I think the book says about 2 weeks, then you are eating too much to be in ketosis any longer.
I spoke to my LLC about it, I think it was week 4, and she said no way at that point.

I still check mine most mornings... im coming to the end of week 1 and im definitely still in.

Im hoping to keep pretty low-carb even on RTM though as I dont want to fall back into old habits, so im hoping to stay in Ketosis a little longer.
