I don't know if I'm in Ketosis or not.....what taste she I notice in my mouth?????

I have a yucky taste in my mouth, like metal....horrible! How long does it last for?

I'm going for a swim now, maybe the chlorine might taste better lol .

I did'nt have a taste in my mouth, but my hubby assured me I was in keto as my breath stank, I felt very cold too.

Im sure a ketone test would show up positive
