Ketosis question..

S: 13st10lb C: 12st10lb G: 10st7lb BMI: 27.9 Loss: 1st0lb(7.29%)
Just had a thought... I am on day 2... Had two shakes and a bar both days. My thought/question is ......I know the bars don't knock you OUT of ketosis but can they prevent you getting in it? Are u meant to stick to shakes until in ketosis???
