Apologies if this has been asked many times before! I am currently on day 3, first timer and feel ok. Just wondering how long it takes to get in ketosis or is everyone different?
Hi all, I'm on day 6 and I dont think I'm in ketosis - Im still experiencing hunger pangs regularly and cannot detect a change in my breath. Has this happened anyone else who's stuck to the plan?
I am on day 10 and I am sure it's only happened in last day or so no hunger at all today in act had shake at half 8 then didn't have another till 5pm!!
