Ketosis

    I think I am definately in ketosis, my tongue feels like a dog has died on it. Just got some breath freshner spray from the chemists, but thats just as vile, any other suggestions ladies (not forgetting the gents)?

    I have the same problem. My breath is soooo bad! Nothing helps! LOL ;)

    Mint Tea, Smints, more water are all things that I have heard of.

    I take the mint tea or a Smint myself...... mind you I only resort to the smints when I cannot get to make a mint tea.

    Brushing my tongue seems to do the trick for me.
    I've also found the longer i've done cd the less noticeable it seems to be. That or i've just become used to it. ;)

    Hiya...my CDC allowed me to have sugar free gums which are working for me and have not knocked me out of Ketosis!! Other CDCs may have a different opinion on sugar-free gums tho...

    i chew sugar free chewing gum aswell only for a wee while. it hasnt affected me be careful of it though :)
