Mint Tea, Smints, more water are all things that I have heard of.

I take the mint tea or a Smint myself...... mind you I only resort to the smints when I cannot get to make a mint tea.

Brushing my tongue seems to do the trick for me.
I've also found the longer i've done cd the less noticeable it seems to be. That or i've just become used to it. ;)
Hiya...my CDC allowed me to have sugar free gums which are working for me and have not knocked me out of Ketosis!! Other CDCs may have a different opinion on sugar-free gums tho...
