Looks like there's three of us suffering with bad heads today then! Migraine for me, ketosis head for Bren and beer head for LM! Hugs to all though as i hate having headache, can't seem to escape it.

Thanks Laura C, I think I'll avoid them just the same, I wasn't to keen on it anyway. Thank you also for the Ketosis explanation, it made it very clear.

The 1lb I gained on Tuesday is off again but no more as yet. Perhaps my poor old bod' has had such a battering from this & that diet, all low fat, it is rebelling with this one.

Bren, I had a headache on day three but none since until today & I'm on the second shade of pink. Crikey, it's the first time in my life I have been interested in wee...
