    can anyone tell me where you are supposed to be on the colour chart of the sticks...
    do you have to go right up to the dark colour???

    When I was on lighterlife our counsellor said you should be in the middle, basically pink but not too dark.

    She said if it's too dark then you aren't drinking enough water.

    Never used them myself, I hate the idea of weeing on a stick :D

    Dont get too stressed by the colour, Im almost always very very very dark but drink 3/4 litres a day so definitely dont need more water. A lot of people never show in the pink at all but are in ketosis :)

    Lighter pink the better imo. Darker means you need to drink more water x

    Minxie, I bought mine from ebay.

    I've only been *very" light pink (in fact I think it was only wishful thinking) and I've lost 6lbs this week :D

    Got mine from boots.had to ask for them though...

    I just use mine when I want a wee. Not every time, maybe once a week, or if I've felt especially hungry/icky that day, just to check I'm still in ketosis. I doubt time of day really matters, since you should be in ketosis at all hours.

    best to use them in the morning your urine is more pure and concentrated you will get a true result :)
