Does anyone use or recommend Ketostix? I think I used them last time but wonder if I should this time. Is the surety worth the cost?

I have to say I love them (and hate them)... but do find they motivate me when I am feeling like it's not working.

Equally though, now I am knocked out of ketosis, it's a bit of a kick in the teeth to see them not change colour.

They have always been accurate for me and I therefore couldn't be without them!

jessie you can get them from most chemists. They go pink/purple if you are in ketosis! mine are normally darkish pink to pink! purple normally means you are not drinking enough water! so need to aim for the pink x

I love the things and find it such a buzz/comfort to know I am in ketosis. I would recommend them, but each to their own

The ones I thought of buying are on Amazon UK, I didn't think about just going into a chemist.. :wave_cry:

I tried 2 Boots stores and 1 Superdrug and they didn't have any, so i had to get mine from Ebay.
