Apparantly the two pale colour above neutral are the best as they show you are in ketosis but well hydrated. The darker shades, you are in ketosis but dehydrated and need to drink more water. You tend to get a darker shade in the morning for instance.

oooo thank you SO much for posting that answer... i have been drinking 5 litres of water a day and my stick stayed a pinky colour. i thought that the darker it was the better!!!

Still havent lost any weight this week so far though!! but if what you say is true , then im doing the right thing! yay
