hello!

I have (another) question - may seem silly about ketosis and ketostix.

There are several shades that the test sticks can turn after you've 'dipped' them. According to the tub I am testing positive but only the lowest amounts today, where as 2 days I tested and I was right at the other end of the positive scale.

are you in ketosis as long as there is a positive result no matter what the strength?

Yes!!! You are in ketosis! Well done!
Very dark shades can mean you are dehydrated. I's best to be in the first couple of shades

Ahh that explains it.. I got the dark shade on day 3 after 3 hours of sulking, not drinking, and just generally being moody lol - must have been dehydration
