kick start food diary

Can anyone be so kind as to give me a food diary for a week? Need a quick boost start. I struggle to make sure I'm doing it correctly as with exercise I'm not sure if its that or the diet...
 
Right new week new start.

Monday:
Breakfast -
99% fat free yoghurt (hope that's right as you can't get Muller here)
Banana
trim flat white
coffee

Lunch-
Tuna salad with avo

Dinner-
Tbc

The yogurt should be ok - is trim flat white bread? are you able to get wholemeal? and.... not sure what ago is?

Hey! Late reply. Trim flat white coffee. I've become slightly addicted to them.

Ago was meant to be avo.

Might have trouble with teas any suggestions? I can't get frylight here in NZ :(
 
Starting this week with a mate.

Breakfast
Trim flat white coffee
Banana

Lunch
Tuna
Tomato
Avo

Dinner
Chicken, Rocket, Peas, Sweetcorn, 1 Potato

Snacks
Satsuma
Lamb

Today I walked with a mate for 1 hour. I was only supposed to be a 30 min walk but we got lost. Maybe that should happen more often haha :)

Chicken cooked in soy sauce and lemon pepper, frozen stir fry vege, 2 boiled eggs, rice, garlic white wrap


And today I walked to my other office and back which was a 1 hour round trip, rather than a 20 min drive :)
