Kick up the bum needed!!!!

It's like after Christmas! I think it's the old chestnuts, read your book and magazine, and do a food diary. Oh and have another goal that you'd like to lose weight for.
 
Hi, I was in a similar position, apart from the holiday bit...lol....but i tried to quit smoking, and found myself putting on over half a stone within the month. Got severely depressed, and worried, as I felt I had no control, and no motivation at all.
Anyway spoke to my consultant, who gave me a SAS log to fill in, and I carried it everywhere with me last wk, complete with my sw book, and amazingly I managed a wk at 100%, and also managed a loss of 7lbs within the week......I was gobsmacked, but it seem it was what I needed to get me back on track, so I requested one for this wk too, hoping I will have a good loss this wk, as it really works for me having to write everything down as I eat it. Give it a try.
