i love SW but because i knew i was missing 2 classes (1 bank hoiliday i was away and tomorrow i was meant to be working in Notts) i have been lax to say the least!!!! but when i went to work on friday my work trip has been cancelled so now i can get to class yay!!! but booooo!!!! i've still been off the waggon!!!

the phrase piggy pig springs to mind!!!!

so a kick up the bum is needed!!!!

i have made some chicken soup to take to work but now i'm wondering if it really is free or do i need to add syns?

all it is , is some veg stock Free, carrots, free, 2 onions, a leak all free and some chicken that i cooked myself with no added fat or anything? so confused!

Hey yes that should be free if on red or ee and as for ya kick up butt here ya go :copon:, hehe good luck with wi tomoz and enjoy your chicken soup. Im having chicken noodle soup from the cook book and cant wait as its lovely mmmmm.
