Kikkoman Teriyaki marinade - syn value?

i bought some of this yesterday to use in my stirfrys thinking it was syn free but in my food optimising book it says that trriyaki sauce is 1.5 syns per level tbsn

can some1 confirm is the marinade and the sauce are the same or different things, im hoping the marinade is free coz i used way more than 1 level tspn

Kikkoman products don't seem to be listed by SW. According to the Kikkoman website the teriyaki marinade consists of soy sauce, wine, sugar, vinegar and spices, but it doesn't say how much wine and sugar it has in it. So it is very difficult to say.

its so confusing because its for marinading meats in so not actually a sauce!, but i think ill put it to the back of the cupboard and try to forget about it lol

ohh thanks for offering but theres nothing on the bottle, i even went onto their website but nothing there either
