2nd day in, and cant stop weighing myself, need to get rid of the scales, because it doesnt seem like ive lost as much weight as i had thought, only 2nd day though. Grapes and pineapple for breakfast and scrambled egg and beans for tea, think im going to make a chicken stir fry for tea, what to use my syns on,,,,hmmmm?
