kinda fell off the plan

i visited family for a week for my bday- lots of drinks, cake and non sw meals in and out. so i declared a sw free week.....birthday treat to me(esp as i reached my 1st goal)

since coming back i have gone back on plan but am struggling! i didnt even vaguely struggle before. i am back on plan as of monday so need extra motivation! help!

Find some new meals, and plan your week out with them. Do a SW shop. Or make your favourite SW meal - for me if I've had time off SW, I love making lasagne.

Shell_y has already pointed out the best advice - remember why you're doing this is in the first place.

You're writing MY story nearly haha!!! Bless you sweetie, I'm gonna get my post count up so I can private message cos I really do think we can encourage one another!

I'm off out to a Sizzler pub tonight... erk.... that can't be good for SW!!

Definitely agree with Beau though, you need to make yourself feel good, have a good pamper and remember the fab feeling when you get on those scales!! :-D

cheers guys :) i know i have just taken a hit, normally i save my syns for weekends(for a few drinks and the hangover foods) so gonna give it till monday and start again....plus kids are back at school so it makes it all easier again! less temptations and days out!!!!

i like the ideas of pampering myself! and i do love that feeling of getting on scales and seeing a loss...just waiting for the same feeling looking in a mirror now! :(

Depending how badly you've done - then maybe take a step back and go back to basics for the week - pretend it was your first week all over again. follow one of the meal plans in the magazine maybe?

Hey hun, like the others i agree, find what made you want to join SW in the first place and tell yourself that you are going to succeed. whenever you feel like having something sinful, look for something similiar on here and have that instea for fewer syns ;) or distract yourself with doing something that makes you feel good about yourself. your the boss of food, not the other way round hun. good luck! :D
